For years, I’ve navigated a male-dominated tech industry, often being the only woman in the room. Despite my experience and passion, I was passed over for promotions and opportunities. I started TechSheThink because I know I’m not alone in this. Women belong in deep tech, and I want to make sure we have the resources, support, and visibility we deserve.
